ManTech is seeking a Project / Administrative Management Support Analyst to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico

This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

General Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the focal point for the organization’s administrative functions.

  • Can communicate with all command elements and echelons include Government, Military, and Contractor personnel.

  • Provide project/administrative management support to the Command Information Officer and leadership staff.

  • Execute Organizational Business Management Framework

  • Perform a wide range of detailed analytical, procedural, and organizational tasks; and advise on services, processes, and administrative functions of the organization’s programs/projects.

  • Improve processes and internal controls.

  • Work individually and in teams handling multiple projects concurrently.

  • Provide leadership updates/briefs on current projects.

  • Design, produce and disseminate Command information, task responses and materials for external and internal (workforce) audiences.

  • Assist in coordinating and submitting procurement packages for Program of Record, using DoD Acquisition 5000 series policies and procedures.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

  • Prepare staffing packages for leadership review and signature.

  • Assign/delete permissions, maintains recall rosters, and produces reports.

  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for the Command office.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree at least 4 years experience in Asset Management.

  • Excellent documentation/technical writing skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and not afraid to ask “Why”

  • Ability to facilitate a meeting to ensure action items are captured, discussions stay on topic, and agenda items are covered within reason of the time allotted.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) to be able to effectively review and edit division correspondence for changes in spelling, grammar, punctuation, word usage and correct format style for the intended audience in accordance with USMC policy and procedures, calendar management, and task management.

Other Skills Preferred:

  • Five to eight years’ professional administrative experience.

  • Knowledge of standard DoD and Marine Corps concepts, practices, and procedures. Familiarity with Navy/Marine Corps interoperability requirements is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Naval and Marine Corps specific correspondence guides

  • Working knowledge of Marine Corps Intelligence infrastructure, organization, and mission.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as facilitation and organizational skills are critical.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
