Description

American Endovascular a leader in the fields of Amputation Prevention, Endovascular, & Interventional Radiology is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager for nursing homes will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing relationships within the healthcare and senior living sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing growth strategiesto increase the client base and expand the business.

  • Building and maintaining relationshipswith key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and families.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunitieswithin the nursing home and senior living industry.

  • Managing and retaining existing client relationshipsto ensure satisfaction and continued business.

  • Collaborating with internal teamsto create and present business proposals and negotiate contracts.

  • Traveling within a designated territoryto meet with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector.

  • Education:A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Skills:Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement business strategies, and a proven track record of generating business.

  • SNF or LTC experience preferred but not required.
