This position is 100% remote; this position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events or departmental meetings. Salary

Overview
Mobile Health is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Occupational Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities within the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, including employers, healthcare providers, and staffing agencies, to promote our occupational health services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of sales inquiries, and a passion for helping organizations create safe and healthy workplaces. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sell company products and services to new customers by phone or e-mail cold calling)
Successfully navigate organizations to identify the appropriate decision maker
Representing Mobile Health in a professional manner, provide prospects with an overview of Mobile Health’s services and value propositions
Conduct market research and use a variety of lead generating techniques to identify new leads within your market
Work with internal resources to assure that your current knowledge base is in line with current guidelines
Make product recommendations depending on customer need
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Work with marketing in delivering messaging that promotes company products, services, and tools
Appropriately communicate brand identity, expertise, and corporate position
Experience & Education
Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to hit goals, succeed and continuously develop
Proven record of successful performance, exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Strong computer skills and experience working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills matched with firm quantitative skills
Superior time-management and organization skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales
Medical Sales experience preferred
