Aerotek Service Desk Support III in Questa, New Mexico
Our Client is seeking a Service Desk Support candidate to act as a single point of contact to resolve or escalate various computer related issues and /or incidents. This candidate manages requests via service desk software for tracking, follow-up, and closure of incidents. This will be an onsite role located in Questa, New Mexico so no remote or hybrid work schedule is permitted..
The candidate will perform password resets, printer support, installs and updates, hardware/software trouble-shooting, ticketing, triage fixes, dispatch end-to-end problem management, and problem resolution through technical knowledge. Candidate should have 5+ years of support experience within a Helpdesk environment, be able to identify gaps and commonalities, implement short term/interim solutions, and be a strategic asset that is integrated with the organization it supports.
This will be an onsite contract of 15 months and if eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
