JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Cadet Analyst, OPEX & Quality will support the Copeland Philippines group through the administration and implementation of activities related to Operational Excellence and Quality Management Systems programs and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS:

(1) Quality Management Systems

Supports the Quality Management Lead/Representative in ISO Certification related tasks/activities:

Internal Quality Audit – aids LIQA in tasks related to the coordination and preparation for internal quality audit process.

Process and Records Management – assists the Document Control Lead in managing and improving the process & records process and repository.

Corrective Action Report and Root Cause Counter Measure – assists the Quality Circle Lead in the maintenance of the CAR and RCCM Tool. Provides support to teams in facilitating root cause analysis

Risk and Opportunities – assists the Risk Controller in reviewing and monitoring entries in the Integrated Risk Registry.

Responsible in organizing & coordination of ISO related events such as External Audit, QMS Week, QMS Roadshows, QMS Core Team Meeting/Planning, etc.

Development of actionable reports and dashboards for data/ information related to Quality Management Systems

Supports the implementation of OPEX & Continuous Improvement programs (IMPACT, Waste Walk & Innovation) Develop visualizations and report dashboards Conceptualize intuitive tools that will enhance usability and enable positive user-experience Responsible in organizing & coordination of Continuous Improvement related events Co-coach IMPACT Projects and audit Waste Walk submissions Co-facilitate Practical Problem Solving Training Optimize processes and workflows by utilizing automation tools (Office 365, SharePoint, PowerApps) for Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement related activities

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent course

WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING

  • Fresh Graduates or with one (1) year work experience in a manufacturing or shared services environment

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledgeable in PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) and/or DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) methodology.

  • Familiar with Lean Concepts

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skill

  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite:Intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365 (required)Basic MS Access, MS Visio, MS SharePoint (preferred)

  • Knowledgeable in Data Visualization tools like Power BI and DOMO (preferred)
