IntelAssist Inventory Custodian Assistant in Eastwood, Philippines

Work Set-Up: 100% Onsite at Eastwood Libis, Quezon City

Location: 19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila

Shift: Morning Shift, Tuesday to Friday (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Saturday (5:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Inventory Controller plays a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate records of inventory of the company. The role is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient to meet operational needs while minimizing excess or obsolete stock. Additionally, they collaborate with various departments to coordinate inventory-related activities and implement efficient inventory management practices.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks, reconciliations, and audits. Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and operation teams to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to meet demand.

  • Inventory Optimization: Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize stockouts.

  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming inventory for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

  • Inventory Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and performance metrics for management review.

  • Inventory Forecasting: Assist in forecasting future inventory needs based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education- College Graduate ; Additional education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Working Experience - Atleast 2 years of experience in inventory management, or related field.

  • With Strong Analytical, Communication, and Organizational Skills.

  • Has proficiency in inventory management, spreadsheet applications, and other relevant tools.

  • Has ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Flexible to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and operational requirements.
