Position Overview:
If you have extensive knowledge in Refrigeration and are seeking an outstanding chance to collaborate with regional individuals and achieve substantial business results, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! As the Project design & Technical Education Manager, Refrigeration, Asia, Middle East and Africa, you will have a vital role in attracting and maintaining customers for Copeland through your exceptional expertise in project design for refrigeration systems and technical education. You will be based in Copeland Suzhou or Philippines.
As Project design & Technical Education Manager, Refrigeration, Asia, Middle East and Africa, You will:
Deliver comprehensive project evaluations and designs for complex refrigeration systems promoting Copeland value tailored to customer-specific applications.
Apply extensive technical knowledge to contribute to sales, marketing, and business development initiatives within the Refrigeration organization.
Oversee and enhance Refrigeration education programs, ensuring they meet customer and organizational needs.
Craft a strategic educational training calendar, identify project opportunities from training engagements, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop success stories and white papers that showcase the impact of our designed projects for customers.
Required education, experienced and skills:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field, MBA or EMBA will be preferred.
A minimum of 10 years in Technical Services within the HVACR industry, with a focus on refrigeration systems.
Demonstrated experience in the field service of HVACR equipment, including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
At least 5 years’ experience in HVACR education and proven track record in project and program management.
Exceptional understanding of product details, applications, and related technical knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Fluency in English.
