As a Franchise Operations Director for Ecuador, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and follow-up of the company's business plan for Ecuador. In this position, you will guarantee the year plan implementation following the agreed terms, while making the necessary adjustments to improve business results.
This is an Individual Contributor role, who will interact constantly with senior leaders within the company and be the focal point for the country´s business plan.
What You'll Do for Us:
Build a trusted value-based relationship with bottling partners, acting as a liaison between TCCC and the bottler in Ecuador. Its critical to have the seniority to have constant interaction with bottlers Commercial Director and GM. Integrate/influence internal and external resources to assure accomplishment of Targets : P&L, SOV and key strategic metrics.
Develop and implement the business planning process jointly involving all areas of TCCC.
Identify volume drivers, prioritize opportunities , and develop strategies and plans to grow Top line.
Ensure the execution Winning at the Point of Sales (Affordability / Recruitment, Availability, and Market Assets).
Enable bottlers Point of Sales execution process building customer partnership and relevance.
Execute Commercial Plans (ATL/BTL). This includes, but not limited to, media, POS material, sampling and local events. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler, leveraging knowledge from the FU Marketing, BU Marketing and CCL teams and executing through activation agencies.
Execute availability strategy and tactics . This includes, but not limited to, defining/re-applying and executing specific objectives (by channel, brand, regions), specialized pre-seller routes, sales tracking and incentives, customer incentives, etc. This should be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging LATAM capabilities team to achieve availability goals defined in the Rules of Engagement.
Drives top line growth for all KO Portfolio by executing affordability strategies and tactics. This includes, but not limited to, conducting, and executing OBPPC analysis, price-packaging strategy, price promotions, bundle promotions. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging knowledge from LATAM Marketing and Commercial Leadership teams.
Lead periodic performance reports for business monitoring . Review and follow up of weekly performance reports & lead monthly business reviews.

Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or related
Master's in business administration, Marketing or proven experience
Minimum 10 year of hands-on experience in trade marketing, marketing and/or sales in FMCG companies.
Proven track record at managing multiple projects in a cross-functional team environment.
Related Work Experience:
+ + 10 years of Franchise Leadership roles (commercial strategy) (preferred not required)
+10 years of Commercial experience and P&L management (Other FMCG)
Individual contributor with excellent leadership capability , able to work in a diverse cultural environment
Efficient communicator and influencing skills Worked with the relevant bottler (preferred not required)
Bottlers' Channel Marketing, Marketing, Production and Distribution, and Sales Managers
The Franchise Leader spends most of its time influencing and reaching agreement when difficult , mostly executional metrics and objectives can differ, needs to be able to harmonize and influence Bottlers
