The Campus Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and driving the company\'s recruitment strategy for entry-level talent from college and university campuses. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions, managing recruitment events, and creating a pipeline of diverse, high-potential candidates to meet the organization\'s hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of early career recruitment. This role will be located in our Racine, WI office and is hybrid requiring three (3) days in-office presence and two (2) days remote/home office. Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with the company\'s talent acquisition goals. Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key educational institutions, career services departments, student organizations, and faculty members. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, networking events, and information sessions to promote the company\'s brand. Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent from universities and colleges for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions. Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure an inclusive recruitment process. Program Development: Oversee the internship and early talent programs, working with internal stakeholders to provide a positive experience for candidates.
