Position : CMT Field Technician
Location : Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a CMT Field Technician to join our Raleigh, NC team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing field and laboratory testing of construction materials (soils, concrete, steel, asphalt)
Monitoring construction activities at active construction sites
Sample collection and logging
Acting as the field representative of the Project Engineer
Coordinating between contractors and ATC Engineers
Completing reports in a timely manner
Acting as ATC’s primary representative at construction sites
Abide by ATC's health and safety policies and procedures
Drive company or personal vehicle in accordance with company policy
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience desired.
Good Computer Skills
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record;
Commitment to safety
Ability to lift 30 pounds of weight and work in a construction environment during hot and cold weather
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn
Technical Requirements:
Microsoft PC applications; WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint
Performing field and laboratory testing of construction materials (soils, concrete, steel, asphalt)
Monitoring construction activities at active construction sites
ACI/NICET/ICC Certification in soils, Concrete or Masonry a plus
Experience around construction and construction sites a plus
Friendly personal presentation
Other miscellaneous qualities:
Ability to travel 40% of the time
Ability to perform moderately strenuous tasks
Drive company or personal vehicle in accordance with company policy
