Insight Global Financial Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Midlevel Financial Analyst to support their operations in either Raleigh or Richmond. This will be a fully onsite role as qualified candidates will be working directly with the COO and CEO of the company. This individual will be responsible for evaluating potential real estate acquisitions and supporting the investment team through underwriting, financial modeling and staying updated on market/industry trends to inform investment strategies. They will be need to analytical and have excellent skills in financial modeling/analysis.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate sector.

 Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, especially in Excel

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 Strong communication and presentation skills.

 Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. CFA designation is preferred but not required, depending on experience level. null
