Job Summary:
Responsible for planning and managing programs/projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals. Acting as project/program team leader, coordinates sales and support team efforts in assigned accounts/territories. Ensures revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manages the process and development of value added solutions for the company and its defined supplier(s) growth plans and business.
Oversees the planning and managing programs/projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals.
Manages a team of program managers, ensuring the coordination of sales and support team efforts in assigned accounts/territories/regions.
Ensures customer requirements are identified, including tasks, assignments and coordinates resources and creates/tracks project schedules.
Approving business decisions based on data analytics and craft sales and supply chain strategies.
Ensures a strong collaboration between global sales teams, internal and external stakeholders globally.
Manages the linkage between design and supply chains by connecting the design and fulfillment region resources and ensuring that design region resources are compensated based on pre-agreed norms.
Oversees the process of the documenting changes in such things as line card pricing, margins and revenue analysis.
Ensures strong collaboration between the company’s global regions and their respective support teams
Oversee and responsible for the maintenance of critical business information in a databases which serve as the migration information system.
Manages the build-out of custom migration strategies for design region customers and executes based on set strategies.
Ensures inter-regional margin splits are reported by fulfillment region so that the company's design and fulfillment regions share return-on-investment.
Manages and responsible for mentoring a global team.

Establishes operating policies and procedures that affect departments and direct teams. Interprets enterprise-wide policies and procedures. Develops budgets, schedules and performance standards for one or more departments. Responsible for resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
Assignments are defined in the form of long-term objectives. Decisions are guided by resource availability, functional objectives and independent judgment.
Collaborates frequently with internal and/or external management. Leads meetings and briefings for internal and/or external representatives. Often coordinates efforts between functional areas and/or members of an extended assignment/project team.
Decisions likely have extended impact on the outcomes of multiple departments or teams. Erroneous decisions or recommendations will likely result in critical delays and/or modifications to projects and/or operations; causing substantial expenditure of additional time, people and/or financial resources, and jeopardize future business activity.
Work Experience:
- Typically 8+ years including 3+ years of management experience
Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
- Proven track record of implementing and realizing results from transformation and/or strategic initiatives enterprise-wide and globally. Strong ability to influence senior executives and connect with teams to deliver change/results. Deep analytical skills coupled with strong interpersonal/influencing capabilities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
