Google Technical Lead, Security, Google Cloud in Ramat Gan, Israel

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.

  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

  • Experience with C#, .Net Core, Python, or other programming languages.

  • Experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

As a Technical Lead, you will join our team and lead various projects across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner.

  • Help and guide engineers to develop new products and oversee the successful execution of projects throughout the year while ensuring that the team meet Google's technical standards.

  • Lead software architecture and designs that provide reusable, robust, and well-documented products.

  • Execute software development in accordance with processes defined by the Company Control Procedures with guidance from the R&D Managers.

  • Understand business needs and what technical requirements are needed to achieve their objectives.

  • Become essential member of project and bring our User Experience to the next level.
