*Join us as we empower the world to work out, creating healthier lives together.* *About the Opportunity:* JOB PURPOSE: Develops, implements, and coordinates product and process quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process, product, and customer complaint related concerns.
• Assist Quality Manager in maintaining the quality management system.
• Interface with Engineering, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Operations to ensure transfer to production of new products that are in accordance with the approved requirements. (PPAP's, Control Plans, Cpk studies, etc.)
• Create and maintain quality documentation such as quality procedures, work instructions, control plans, reports.
• Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement of Quality metrics.
• Develop training to build quality awareness.
• Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports and determining proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate as a part of the Material Review Board (MRB) to develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a related field
• 0-5 years job related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
