ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in Rancho Cordova, California

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will support various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, be able to answer and direct calls, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be flexible and willing to organize and make sure training rooms are ready. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for greeting resources at the door, managing badges, working with vendors, and following security processes.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Location: Rancho Cordova, California

Pay Range: $18.45 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Answer and direct calls as needed

  • Strong computer skills- MS Word and MS Excel

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility and willingness to organize and make sure training rooms are ready

  • Greeting resources at the door

  • Managing badges

  • Working with vendors and following security process

What's Needed?

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Windows

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
