Aston Carter Inventory Coordinator in Rancho Cucamonga, California

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Conduct detailed inventory variance analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage and record inventory adjustments for the Rancho Cucamonga site, off-site tolling facilities, terminals, and fire bases.

  • Perform and document cycle counts at the Rancho Cucamonga facility.

  • Oversee the receipt of incoming raw materials and finished goods for the Rancho Cucamonga plant and off-site tolling facilities.

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and operational.

  • Report on the blending and packaging activities for finished goods across the Rancho Cucamonga site and all off-site tolling facilities.

  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot work orders within the ERP system to ensure seamless operations.

  • Process transfer orders and shipments in the ERP system to facilitate smooth logistics.

  • Manage inventory transfers within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, contributing to cross-functional collaboration.

  • Maintain detailed shipment records for the Rancho Cucamonga site, off-site tolling facilities, terminals, and fire bases.

  • Obtain competitive quotes and schedule shipments to meet operational timelines.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • This position will be working in a manufacturing site atmosphere

  • Extended work periods are to be expected during period end closing & fire season

  • Work requirements include availability after hours when required

  • Dispatch on call customer orders

  • The nature of the business may expose the employee to moderate levels of physical and mental stress

  • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing environment experience

  • Minimum 2 years inventory experience

  • Strong ERP experience

  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
