Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will operate equipment to precisely utilize raw ingredients to create flavor products. Your role involves ensuring adherence to all safety, quality, and operational procedures. You will use tools and electronic/computer systems for compounding and container filling, and follow production processes to correctly match ingredients to shop orders. Additionally, you will ensure proper ventilation, use safety equipment, and develop an understanding of Quality Control requirements for sampling, product testing, and swabbing of equipment. Training will be provided from 5am to 1:30pm for 2-4 weeks, with the actual shift time being 8am to 4:30pm.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Work Environment

This role is based in a flavor manufacturing company specializing in sweet flavors such as strawberry, root beer, and peanut butter. The team comprises 15 people, requiring the ability to work independently and take initiative.
