Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a competent 1st Shift CNC Machinist for our machine shop in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The successful candidate will work on first shift (6am-2:30pm) and will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, such as lathes and mills, to cut, shape, or form metal work pieces to specifications. This includes tasks like lathe work on Okuma with OSP or OEM controls, Cincinnati with Fanuc controls and Siemens controls, and large manual lathe 42” with experience in heavy faceplate work. Mill work will include Magnum with Fanuc controls. You will work independently without supervision, assist employees in job classifications of lesser skill levels, and prove out program and tooling in these areas. Pay will be between $30-$45 an hour.
