System One Press Brake Operator in Rancocas, New Jersey

Press Brake Operator

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6 am till 2:30 pm (overtime can be available until 4:30 pm Monday-Friday)

Location: Rancocas, NJ

Pay Rate: $28/hr.

Press Brake Operator Job Duties:

  • Set-up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, and shape metal sheets

  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

  • Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment

  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments

    Press Brake Operator Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of how to bend metal

  • Must know or willing to learn how to program controls manually

  • Experience operating and setting-up press brake machines to produce parts according to specifications

  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control

  • Experience with tooling and setup maintenance

  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues

  • Ability to work various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

  • Familiar with bend angles for different metals and thickness

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to commute
