What You'll Be Doing:
Product Assembly:Assemble printers and accessories with utmost precision and efficiency, adhering to the manufacturing schedule. Follow established procedures to align and adjust fabricated parts or components to meet product specifications.
Quality Control:Evaluate the quality of parts and materials during the sub-assembly stage. Conduct testing and calibration on sub-assemblies and final products to verify compliance with tolerances, specifications, and quality benchmarks. Address any assembly issues promptly to ensure the production of high-quality products and achieve customer satisfaction on the first attempt.
Ensure Safety:Uphold a safe and tidy work environment through strict adherence to procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure equipment remains operational and secure by fulfilling preventive maintenance tasks, adhering to manufacturer guidelines, resolving malfunctions, and promptly escalate need for repairs when necessary.

Requirements:
Process Driven and Detail Oriented:We seek an individual with exceptional attention to detail, consistent adherence to processes, and a track record of getting tasks right on the first attempt. The ideal candidate should possess dexterity and hand-eye coordination, capable of handling, maneuvering, and assembling small parts and components effectively.
Manufacturing Environment:Individuals working in this role must be able to follow all safety protocols, stand for extended periods of time, and have a basic understanding of how to use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly line equipment.
Skills and Abilities:Success in this role requires oundational math skills, problem-solving capabilities, a willingness to learn, adaptability to changing environments and priorities, and the capacity to handle and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
