J&J Family of Companies Technical Product Owner- Manager MedTech Digital Spine in Raritan, New Jersey

JJT SCT MedTech Data & Analytics is seeking a skilled Technical product owner to join the SCMT E2E Product group. As a E2E TPO for Digital Spine and Platform, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our business partners’ objectives and the technical implementation of E2E Digital Spine data solutions. You will own vision and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements to the product and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories. You will be accountable for value delivery and value realization at the squad level. This position will be based in Raritan, NJ. This is a duration based role with a fixed term of 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of a diverse range of customer needs and an ability to match these needs to viable, feasible strategically aligned business solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, and development teams to understand business goals, processes, and requirements for implementing E2E data solutions (SAGE).

  • Oversee the definition and documentation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria E2E programs.

  • Understanding of how the High Performance Team (HPT) construct delivers focused effort and business value to the highest priority opportunities.

  • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to identify and integrate relevant data sources for data models. Azure CDL data architecture high level understanding would be beneficial.

  • Experience shaping and costing applications with partners is required.

  • Foundational agile project management skills are required.

  • Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC).

  • Change management skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations, including the ability to drive others to adapt to a changing environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, influencing skills with stakeholders across all levels of the organization is required.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying and mitigating process risks within a cross-functional, global organization.

  • Innovative and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate a complex business operations landscape into a streamlined process design is preferred.

  • Good understanding of Design/development of technical solutions.

  • Forms productive relationships with colleagues by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.

  • Effectively manages third parties (e.g., vendors, agencies, contractors).

  • Effectively works within a global and virtual environment (e.g., with time zone and cultural differences).

  • Lean / Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A bachelors degree is required.

  • 5 years of relevant technical experience required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
