Job Title: Human Resource GeneralistJob Description

We are seeking an HR Assistant to handle a variety of HR administrative duties within our HR department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, maintaining our employee database, posting job ads, and acting as the liaison between HR and employees to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries. You will also assist in creating policies, processes, and documents, and support the HR managers in the recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding new hires and candidate sourcing. This role requires you to work autonomously, remain calm under pressure, and ensure our HR department operates efficiently to attract, hire, and retain our employees.

Hard Skills

  • Familiarity with HR software

  • Ability to compile and update employee records

  • Process documentation and prepare reports

  • Assist in payroll preparation

  • Excellent organizational ability

  • Remain calm under pressure

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ravenna, OH.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office within a factory setting. The candidate must be able to get along with other team members and be adaptable to changes.
