Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Reliability Planner in Ravenswood, West Virginia

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Reliability Planner for a client in West Virginia, this client is a global metal manufacturer supplying aerospace, automotive, and other industries. The West Virginia facility employs roughly 1100 and is undergoing many ongoing capital improvement projects. This client believes in on the job mentoring and advancement from within whenever feasible, company culture is high on their priority list as well.

This position offers a salary of $85-95K with full benefits, including automatic and matching 401K plan, bonus eligibility, relocation assistance available, health, prescription, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance benefits.

The Maintenance Reliability Planner is responsible for developing work packages and creating job kits to enable the maintenance crafts workers to perform quality work, ensuring they have the manpower, tools, and supplies necessary to perform their daily assigned workload. Specially this position will:

  • Maintain 2-4 weeks ready to schedule maintenance in alignment with production needs

  • Provide labor, time and costs estimates

  • Walk the floor with maintenance technicians to develop complete job packages

  • Define job plans (including work instruction and required safety documentation)

  • Ensure required permits and drawings are available

  • Coordinate with internal storeroom and procurement teams to ensure parts list is complete and available within the required time frame

  • Work with area maintenance crews to achieve the physical assembly and delivery of planned job packages

  • Proficient utilization of SAP

  • Complete and close, work orders, including change orders as necessary

Candidates should possess the following for consideration:

  • Associates degree in a technical field

  • 5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting

  • Experience with electrical/mechanical machine repair

  • Ability to coordinate/communicate with crafts, supervisors, engineers and management

  • Competent in estimating time, cost, and manpower per job

  • SAP or similar experience desired

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
