Know mid-shift sanitation procedures and transfer room processing documentation. ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
[•]{times="" new="" roman""=""}[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}[Perform tanker CIP's, pipeline set-up, liquid product pumping, pipeline CIP's and silo CIP's. ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
[•]{times="" new="" roman""=""}[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}[Follow written procedures and be responsible for plant documentation and USDA/FSIS paperwork ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
