Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22-$25/hr

What’s a typical day as a Warranty/Warehouse Administrator? You’ll be:
• Effectively organizing parts receiving warehouse to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Working and communicating effectively with different teams, Dealership network staff, Dealer Parts and Service Managers, Internal staff, and management.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends and business improvement opportunities.
• Organizing and reconciling daily parts received with carrier and internal records.
• Maintaining office supplies, FedEx forms, boxes, etc., for shipping.
• Learning and effectively operating a forklift.
• Understanding and effectively applying and explaining policy and procedures to internal and external teams.
• Keeping track of records for claim adjudications and parts received for compliance with operation manual policy and procedures and recommending best practices and improvements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client relations, and problem resolution abilities.
• Can work independently and collaborate with different teams and management.
• Are able to perform data analysis to develop and improve operation efficiencies.
• Have general automotive knowledge (preferred).
• Have experience in parts inventory/warehouse organization (preferred).
• Have intermediate computer proficiencies, including Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Access, Lotus Notes Database, Mainframe, and web-based applications (preferred).
• Have the physical ability to safely lift packages and parts up to 80 pounds.
• Have attention to detail, flexibility while maintaining safety and quality.
• Possess an Associate degree, Vocational Degree in Automotive Technology, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Have knowledge of OEM dealership service operations, warranty administration, office/warehouse management (preferred).
