SFS Group USA, Inc 2nd Shift - Ecoat Machine & Wastewater Operator in Reading, Pennsylvania
SFS Group USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Machine Operator with some wastewater treatment experience to join our E-coat team on 2nd shift in Exeter Township, PA.

Primary Responsibilities
Power up, operate, and shut down E-coat machine
Visually identify product to stage and prep incoming orders
Operate material loader and carousel
Handling of material though the E-coating process
Inspect parts for quality
Occasional hand packaging of finished product as needed
Understanding and confirmation of work orders using SAP system
Operate automatic wrapper for scrap and recycling
Operate forklift to move goods
Troubleshoot machine issues as required
Assist in training other employees
Perform weekly cleaning per the schedule as required
Monitor the in-house wastewater system
Test processing water
Accurately maintain all required logs and records
Ensure the filter press remains clean
Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment
Light plumbing work
Responsible for waste removal
Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma/GED required
Proven knowledge of chemistry principles
Demonstrated safe handling of chemicals
Experience performing basic plumbing
Ability to make chemical additions to maintain discharge parameters
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
