Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - $100,000 to $125,000 plus bonus
Awesome opportunity to take your career to the next level and have a daily impact on the financial operations and financial strategy of a $100+ million privately held company in the suburbs of Reading.
This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the company. We estimate 85% of the responsibilities will be focused on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and ad hoc / special project analysis. We estimate15% of the the responsibilities will be supporting the general accounting team - including the Corporate Controller.
This is a highly visible position that will provide the hired candidate with a great breadth and variety of responsibilities.

responsibilities:
Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making
Lead the budgeting / forecasting process
Collect, organize and analyze key data from the company's business units; provide insight relative to trends versus historical periods
Develop monthly financial plans and reports for Operations Leaders and Senior / Executive Management
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with a minimum of 5 years of financial analysis, data analysis, FP&A and / or accounting experience.
Strong Excel skills REQUIRED.
Manufacturing, consumer products or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
