- Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll
- Generating a variety of payroll reports
- Identifying payroll discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy
- Maintaining employee files and gathering information for audit and reporting purposes
- Assisting with other HR functions such as benefits enrollment and changes
To be successful in this role, previous payroll processing experience is needed, along with proficiency using payroll systems (UltiPro a plus), experience handling sensitive information, and strong attention to detail. While not required, previous payroll experience for a healthcare facility and/or a certified payroll professional (CPP) are a plus. This position will be on-site Mon-Fri from 8a-4:30p in Wyomissing, PA.
