Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will be responsible for operating all production equipment efficiently, adhering to production and quality standards. Your role includes performing master sanitation duties, assisting with preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring a seamless flow of product from milk silos to the packaging department. You will perform quality assurance checks, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and cleanliness. Your proactive approach in anticipating problems, implementing solutions, and engaging in continuous improvement will be crucial. As a key team player, you'll collaborate across departments to achieve plant goals and maintain strict adherence to regulatory, food safety, and quality requirements.
