Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Red Bank, New Jersey

Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is in the Real Estate industry, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. In this role, you will be providing crucial support to the HR team and the VP of HR, assisting in project planning, report and presentation preparation, and HR paperwork preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the VP, HR and the Human Resources Team

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

• Aid in project planning and scheduling meetings

• Prepare HR paperwork and track/obtain signatures

• Prepare budgets and vouchers, and maintain departmental files

• Assist with departmental communications to field HR Associates and related follow-up

• Monitor the Human Resources mailbox

• Administer the Associate Acknowledgement process

• Act as a backup for the Office Services Coordinator (Receptionist/UPS/FedEx)

• Assist with events and special projects

• Print and mail Board binders

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) Administration.

Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources Administration within the Real Estate industry

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is a plus

• Deep understanding of Benefit Functions within a HR setting

• Solid experience in Compensation Administration and Compliance

• Excellent skills in Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
