Furniture distribution company seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Redlands. You will be supporting their full time recruiter onsite. Responsibilities include screening candidates, interviewing, confirming new hire orientation, managing drug and bg screening, presenting offer letters, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a contract assignment for 8 weeks or so. It could go longer depending on the need but there are no guarantees. You will be working M-F 8am-5pm with weekends off. This role is 100% onsite in Redlands and is paying between $18-$21/hr DOE. During your employment with Randstad you will be paid on a weekly basis! If you have basic recruiting, sourcing, or onboarding experience and want to further broaden your knowledge then this could be a good opportunity for you.
