Job Description

  • One of largest technology clients (headquartered in Redmond, WA) is seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 - Data Entry Specialist to join their team.

  • This role is designed to support our team with administrative tasks, particularly in the context of managing operations related to moving buildings and changing scope.

  • The ideal candidate will handle new hire processes, track inventory, and perform various tasks. T

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Minimum 2+ years experience with written and verbal communication (includes composing and responding to emails)

  • Minimum 1 year experience with data management (performing data entry, retrieving data, updating records and/or spreadsheets)

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Willingness to learn and be coachable

Work Site

  • This is a FULLY ON-SITE position in Redmond, Washington.
