Responsibilities
Engage directly with Azure developers and IT professionals in communities like Microsoft Q&A and Stack Overflow to enhance Azure documentation samples, answer technical questions, and help solve customer challenges.
Design and implement AI-based solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or other relevant models to enhance Azure documentation.
Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to guide LLMs in generating accurate and relevant content that addresses user needs and documentation gaps.
Use AI models to perform content analysis of existing Azure documentation, identifying outdated, unclear, or incomplete sections.
Conduct comparative analysis with documentation from other leading cloud platforms to identify missing topics or under-detailed sections.
Analyze user feedback, support tickets, and frequently asked questions to pinpoint documentation gaps and common pain points for users.
Proficiency in Azure Identity, Microsoft Entra, and security technologies, with good understanding of identity and access management.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to generate high-quality, accurate, and relevant documentation for Azure services, using customized AI-generated prompts.
Review AI-generated content to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Azure documentation standards and best practices.
Continuously refine and improve AI-driven content creation processes based on user feedback and evolving cloud service features.
Work closely with Azure engineering, product, and documentation teams to integrate AI-generated content into existing documentation workflows.
Establish iterative processes for monitoring documentation usage, analyzing feedback, and improving content quality and coverage.
Expertise in Azure Storage, Networking, and VMware, along with a solid foundation in Azure fundamentals.
Expertise in Azure Storage, optimizing storage solutions on the Azure platform.
Develop prototype tools and models to analyze community data, improving process efficiency.
Serve as a customer advocate, identifying areas for improvement and driving actionable changes.
Build and maintain Azure product documentation to help customers implement solutions effectively.
Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to address user-impacting issues and bugs.
Proactively identify customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance internal processes and tools, improving both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Adept at producing clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation across various Azure functional areas.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.

- The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Over 8 years of software development experience with C#, C++, or Java, along with professional experience in implementing and supporting Azure technologies.
Expertise in AI-based solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or other relevant models to enhance Azure documentation.
Expertise in Azure Storage, Identity, Networking, VMware, and a solid foundation in Azure fundamentals, with proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation across various Azure functional areas.
Deep knowledge of Azure Machine Learning services and Azure AI services.
Passionate about helping developers leverage cloud technologies to connect people and communities.
Extensive technical expertise in Azure service administration, troubleshooting, and solution deployment.
Good experience with cloud development and deployment tools like CLI, PowerShell, Visual Studio, .NET, and JSON templates.
Proven ability to engage with technical communities through social media, blogging, and collaborative initiatives.
Excellent communication and technical writing skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
Highly organized multi-tasker with a proactive approach and a Good passion for technology.
8+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on Azure specific solutions, troubleshooting, implementing, and adopting new features.
Influencer on technical communities such as Microsoft Q&A, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and Reddit
Passion for Blogging and/or making Videos explaining technical concepts.
Participated in cloud conferences as a speaker.
Experience analysis, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent work experience.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
