MICROSOFT CORP Customer Success Account Manager in Redmond, Washington

Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Leverage engineering principles to promote the sale of Microsoft technologies or services. Evaluate consumer trends and optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment ("ROI") goals. Engineer business value propositions based on "the voice of the customer" that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes sales. Requires domestic travel up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or a related field.

-Experience: 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in technical engagement management and/or program management.

-Specific Skills: Must have 60 months of experience in each of the following: Customer Relationship Management; Account Planning; Opportunity and Pursuit Management; Account Delivery Management; Executive Stakeholder Management; Executive Level Presentations; Consumption Delivery Execution; and Technical Skilling.

-Requires domestic travel up to 25%.

-Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG6353598b), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $192,400 to $222,400 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?  

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
