Requirements: Job Description: Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Our client-a major gaming, hardware, and services corporation in Redmond-is looking for a Program Manager to help coordinate monthly campaigns, manage an internal SharePoint, website, and documentation, and drive internal and external communications. The ideal candidate is one part business manager, driving rhythm of business, creation of campaigns while leading cross-functional teamwork, and another part internal communications specialist, adept at crafting clear, actionable communications for different audiences. Responsibilities: * Create, manage, and update SharePoint for internal Gaming organization. * Create, manage, and update external website showcasing social impact work happening both within the team and from partner teams. * Generate recap reports and case studies on campaigns, partnerships, events, campaigns, and new initiatives. * Collaborate with wider v-team across the business to coordinate centralized campaigns and activations across various O&O channels * Create executive level presentations and manage rapid-testing initiatives to empower decision-making * File pertinent charitable program paperwork with government offices * Evangelize social impact principles, educate teams on best practices, and promote better social impact stewardship across the organization Qualifications: * 5+ years' experience on a social impact or creative focused team, creative agency, PR/AR, and/or an entertainment or consumer high-tech company. * Track record of effective organization and cross-group, collaboration success. * BA preferred, or equivalent work experience. * Experience with consumer and brand marketing of tech, gaming, or consumer products preferred. * Self-starter, solution oriented creative problem solver with a successful track record of exceeding personal goals and key stakeholder expectations. * Highly organized with outstanding business communication skills, both verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to efficiently organize and maintain great attention to detail, while managing to timelines and dependencies for others. * Proficient with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.). * Proficient with SharePoint * Bonus: Experience with gaming industry Attributes: * Highly motivated with a passion for innovation; proven track record of leading through ambiguity. * Thrive in highly collaborative teamwork work environments and lead with integrity, honesty, and a sense of humor. * Ability to partner and influence a wide variety of team members and effectively manage workflow in a multi-tiered organization to successfully deliver results. * Ability to gracefully lead and work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadline pressure with strong project and time management skills. * Build, track, and execute on processes from start to finish independently under rapidly changing priorities Candidate Requirements * Years of Ex To view
