We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack to join us and be part of an exciting journey in redefining workplace productivity solutions, that scale to our worldwide user base, across industry verticals and multitude of platforms and devices. Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and maintainable solutionswith quality designs, execution, and robust deployment plans.
Working with multiple teams across the company to align dependencies and build compelling user scenarios.
Providing technical leadership for strategic initiatives and guiding the broader team.
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Demonstrating passion for customers and partners.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the development process.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on modern web technologies like Node.js, Angular, React, GraphQL, Typescript.
3+ years of experience with web development best practices and design patterns.
Experience in running live site for large-scale applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
Proven track record of delivering quality, user-centric web applications.
Familiarity with front-end performance optimization techniques.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Experience in building and shipping large-scale distributed services and APIs, preferably on Azure or AWS platforms.
Experience in backend technologies such as .NET, relational and/or non-relational (NoSQL) databases, web services and RESTful concepts.
Experience with unit-test, continuous integration and test-driven development.
Customer obsession and experience in running live site for large-scale applications.
Leadership and mentorship experience.
Software Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
