As a Program Manager for Emergency Care's Advanced Digital Healthcare platform, LIFENET, you will be a part of a team providing digital product solutions that enable our EMS, law enforcement, public access, and hospital based customers to thrive.

What you will do:
Collaborate with business unit leadership to define, manage and own program scope
Create detailed work breakdown structure
Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart: analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones
Create program budget with cross-functional partners and optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget
Partner with project teams to create program quality plans using a multitude of quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans
Develop a risk management plan for the program: identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan
Develop a procurement management plan and be a strategic partner in the selection of procurement partners
Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources: define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member and provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews
Develop a stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of stakeholder expectations and requirements
Develop and execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders
Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and can communicate changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders
Required:
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of product development or relevant experience
Additional 2+ years of project management experience
Preferred:
PMP or PgMP or equivalent
Microsoft Project or PlanView experience
SAP experience
Strategic budget management
