BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Tech 2 Job for an opportunity at Fully Onsite, Redmond WA! Position Title: Project Manager Tech 2 Location: Fully Onsite, Redmond WA Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 06 Months of contract. Job Type: Contract and Onsite Pay Range: $60 - $62/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: Engineering degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Minimum 2-4 years' experience with ADO * Minimum 2-4 years' experience with JAMA * Minimum 2-4 years' experience/ understanding of test and measurement equipment. Job Description: Hardware Project Manager The main function of a Hardware Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality, and performance reporting. Job Responsibilities: * Develops, tracks, and manages project budget, project plans, timelines, and scope. * Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising. * Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements. * Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized! Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in engineering * Experience using ADO. * Experience using JAMA. * Experience with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, word, excel, project) * 2-4 years' experience as a project manager * Proven project management experience * People management and team building skills. * Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities. * Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization. * Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions. * Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
