Project Manager Tech 2 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Non-Tech 2 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA-Remote! Position Title: Project Manager Non-Tech 2 Location: Redmond, WA-Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 02+ Months Job Type: [FULL TIME [CONTRACT], [Remote] Pay Range:[$45] - [$50] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: 1. Minimum 6 months to a year working in a compliance role (monitoring experience such as discounting, credit & rebill, concession, limitation, and liability) 2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a compliance SME 3. Minimum 3 years with advanced experience with Excel, Microsoft Power BI & Power Apps Description: * Manages medium size projects and ongoing run-business activity, with a special focus in queue management and monitoring. This position requires interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met. * Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan, and mitigate subsequent issues. The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others. Required Qualifications: * Previous work experience with MS * Excel/PPT/Power BI experience * Ability to say no in a hundred nice ways (up to CVP level). Someone who is comfortable with pushing back on inquiries that do not meet our controls/standards. * Strong communication and relationship skills * Detailed, analytical, and thorough * Persistent - can see through Compliance tickets to the end. * Independent worker that doesn't hesitate to ask questions or reach out for help. * Willing to bring in new ideas and improvement suggestions. * Strong ability to coordinate/organize themselves around diversified workflow, prioritize tasks, and stick to time limits specific to each task on their plate. * Completing tasks on time. The candidate should be able to show they can work independently and under pressure (month/ quarter/year-end) and can overcome blockages to achieve the required results on time. * Eagerness to learn / adapt to new tools and processes. * Detail-oriented person that can follow instructions and apply critical thinking / ask questions in case of ambiguity/uncertainty/blockages. * Someone who is very detailed oriented and meticulous when reviewing document language. * Someone with great written and verbal communication skills * Someone who is organized and has experience with creating process documents. * Compliance-related background. * Ability to lead/guide the v- team (E&Y team in India on monitoring program) * Knowledge of Client Volume Licensing/New commerce/services deals Day to day tasks will include: Full ownership of queue management, including: * Manage monitoring program from intake to resolution. * Manage EmpG Council meetings and provide approvals/feedback/comments (monthly or bimonthly) * Manage MS policies (Pull Forward policy & ATF policy) and two SOX controls. * Manage/review side agreement escalation from Deal Desk and mitigate the risks. * Ensure cases are picked up within initial response SLA. * Apply documented process to requests. * Ensure all Response Received are responded to in a timely manner. * Provide professional and thorough consultations to requestors. * Timely communicate with shareholder To view
