Required Skills:

Quality Assurance Engineering Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality software and platform for FRL product lines.

  2. Build a test-driven engineering culture that drives improvements in quality.

  3. Implement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products.

  4. Plan, develop, and execute test coverage for multiple platforms.

  5. Identify, test, track, and report KPI trends over the course of the projects.

  6. Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences.

  7. Work with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.

  8. Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance.

  9. Partner with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and 60 months of experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted. Employer will accept 3-year Bachelor's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree. Requires 60 months of experience involving the following:

    1. Python
    1. Gitlab
    1. Quality Assurance Methodologies
    1. Software Testing
    1. Test Automation
    1. Leadership and Management
    1. Customer Support.

Public Compensation:

$182,084/year to $189,368/year + bonus + equity + benefits
