What you will do:
As a Quality Assurance Technician , you will be responsible for inspecting purchased materials, final inspection of finished devices, and process non-conforming material. You will also be responsible for the following:
Perform incoming inspection per inspection plan requirements
Perform the acceptance of finished devices as the final quality release
Prioritize multiple product lines of varying speeds and volumes to ensure a steady flow of released material.
Identify, document, segregate, evaluate, & disposition non-conforming material
Maintain compliance in a highly regulated environment for Class III medical devices following good documentation practices (GDP)
Participate in lean projects to improve organization efficiency
Cross functional collaboration, including but not limited to, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure coordination of activities
What you need:
High School or GED Preferred
1 – 2 years of relevant experience (Ex: Inspection, Material Handling/Coordinating, Warehouse fulfillment experience) Preferred
Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and more with assistance
