We have a tremendous opportunity to lead in the era of AI with Copilot . One of the key opportunities is to drive product strategy, messaging and positioning, and offerings of Copilot through the connected lens. This role is essential to developing the strategy to meet our revenue and business goals.

The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Product Marketing team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who loves to collaborate and influence across disciplines, co-lead product research, search and find industry trends, deeply understand and communicate industry landscapes for various audience, including leadership, digest a variety of inputs to a concise summary. This role represents a highly visible opportunity to influence and contribute to the Copilot business at the strategic level.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who enjoys being at the forefront of driving high-impact product decisions . You will partner with Product Managers, Research, Business Planning and other key teams . This role will focus on leading marketing efforts to inform product strategy through deep competitor research , customer insights, product decisions, shaping the landscape of how to differentiate and win over competitors .

Responsibilities

  • Co-own product, messaging and offerings research to identify key differentiators and opportunities to win

  • Own competitive landscape and trends analysis delivered for various audience including leadership

  • Collaborate and lead v-teams with cross-functional stakeholders and customers to effectively capture their real-time insights and help turn them into actions for closing competitive gaps

  • Create recommendations on how to transform product and business strategy based on competitive insights to drive Copilot growth

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience in product marketing and/or sales in software, cloud or IT industry

  • Experience conducting technology competitive analysis or market research to make informed business decisions for executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • interest in AI and explaining it to different audiences

  • Concise communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor the content and the delivery to different audiences and formats

  • Capacity and comfort to learn new areas and shift priorities as business evolves

  • Organized, and relentlessly focus on actionability of the insights, and scaling the reach of the insights for others to take action

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning and innovation

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
