As a Technical Program Manager Intern you will design product architecture and develop solutions to technical needs, while identifying trends in product quality and performance, to deliver on the roadmap. You will drive continuous improvement in quality, profitability, supportability and delivery, and act as in-house advocate for millions of people worldwide who use Microsoft products. This opportunity will allow you to lead the development and implementation process for products and services that exceed customer expectations, work cross functionally with internal and external partners, and define or change existing features.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners.
Responsible for specific features in our technology solutions for the product cycle, working on the initial features planning and design, managing the specifications of development.
Monitor on-going operations to better understand customer experiences.
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure our products exceed customer expectations, while delivering on the roadmap.
Communicate throughout the process to understand progress towards delivery, technical challenges, and to provide clarity on customer needs using a data driven approach.
Demonstrate an ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes to leverage in your solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree.
Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship
Eligible for the Neurodiversity Hiring Program.
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree AND 1+ year(s) experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR currently pursuing Master’s degree
1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
The base pay range for this internship is USD $5,460 - $10,680 per month. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $7,040 - $11,640 per month.
