Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is experiencing tremendous growth with some very exciting goals ahead for designing, building, and operating our global datacenters.
The Security Engineering & Critical Infrastructure team is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is technically adept, creative, highly organized and adaptable. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for security and a drive to help other members in CO+I reach compliance with security measures. *This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
*Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
*This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Responsibilities
Support organization with security action items to ensure compliance with Microsoft security requirements.
Experience querying large data sets via Kusto Query Language (KQL), python, or other similar query languages
Experience developing dashboards and reporting on top of large data sets
Demonstrated technical problem solving and analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal communication and collaborative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle ambiguity and ongoing change.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with often rapidly changing or ambiguous requirements.
Persuasive communication skills for liaising between multiple teams.
Work with your teammates to execute on time with high-quality while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
Support maintenance for Wiki and SharePoint sites
Ability to work independently and to have fun and enjoy the work and time spent with colleagues!
Success in this role requires the ability to think creatively, be organized, work well with others, have a documentation first mentality, approach work with an open mind to continuous improvement and adaptation to changing business needs.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team project
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
Background or experience in working with security and compliance.
Attention to detail, data analysis skills and a clear understanding of project management and product management best practices
Efficient communication skills with experience in creating executive presentations, technical specs, and white papers
People networking and relationship management skills
Proficient analytical capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Tools – Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate/Power Platform, Azure DevOps
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
