Insight Global Videographer Editor in Redmond, Washington
Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Videographer and Editor to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the entire production process, , from
ideation and the video execution to the final edit across various projects. Proficiency in Adobe
Suites (Premiere/After Effects), Photoshop, and Illustrator and skills in operating various
cameras (cinema cameras (Red Digital, Black Magic, etc), DSLRs & phones) are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop original motion graphics content such as lower thirds, title cards, logo reveals,
templates, and User Interface (UI) design in Adobe After Effects
Establish expertise in the production and creative area, becoming the go-to escalation point for
execution, leader for driving visibility across the project, and orchestrator for final products.
Provide guidance, creative solutions and workflow on a variety of projects with high standards
of quality, including television and motion picture productions with creative direction, lighting
direction cinematography, music, sound effects, shorts, and feature-length productions for
complex and unreleased technologies.
Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a quickly
changing and dynamic environment.
Communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa &
expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. in Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts, Multi-media, Communication or a related technical
discipline, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of related experience for videography and editing experience for a variety of
production styles.
Experience leading the entire production process from creative innovation to final delivery.
Demonstrated experience leading execution across ambiguous, complex productions, with
experience making creative and production trade offs balancing business needs and timing
constraints.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and
thought leadership.
Experience in working across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks
and creating a path forward.
Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale or small-scale productions null
