Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Sales Administrator in Redwood City, CA!

Pay: $ 25.99/hr

Shift: Mon – Fri, 7a-4p

Note: This is in-office, onsite. No other options available.

Responsibilities for job include Sales Administrator but are not limited to:

  • Processing Quotations and Sales Orders in Oracle, providing excellent customer service (for both external and internal/Sales) and working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Service, Order Fulfillment and Logistics

  • Primary Responsibilities: Process high volume of Quotations and Sales Orders in Oracle (according to SOX controls, corporate policy, and Revenue Recognition requirements) for the AMER Region, in a timely and accurate manner

  • Support Instrument Field Sales with requests. Responsible for managing specific Sales Districts

  • Submit customer master/account requests

  • Submit requests for credits/re-bills/RMAs/Replacements

  • Provide support and coverage to counterparts as needed

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, including potential over-time during month and quarter end

Education requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Bachelors preferred

Qualifications for this Sales Administrator :

  • 4+ years of relevant experience or entry level with bachelor’s degree

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong PC skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • Experience with Oracle a plus

Pay Details: $25.99 per hour
