HANKSCRAFT Senior Sales Engineer in REEDSBURG, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview: The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in both U.S. and Chinese markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or assembly sector.
