Systems & Physics Manager - ICAPS
We are looking for an experienced Systems & Physics Manager to join the staff of our unique R&D Group
What you'll be doing:
Managing a team of Systems Engineers and Physicists
Responsible for solution architecture and definition of next generation roadmaps per market requirements
Leading Systems Engineers of SEM & Optical inspection platforms, Defining and validating the system & subsystems HW & SW requirements
Leading Physicists in C&F’s, design experiments & data analysis. Overseeing and approval of research and analysis results
Responsible for designing innovative solutions, inventing new modules and operational modes for complex multi-disciplinary systems
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis through advanced analytics and in delivery of effective solutions
Working in teamwork and collaboration with different R&D disciplines

What should you have?
BSc/MSc degree in Engineering/ Physics. PhD - advantage
10 years’ experience of relevant professional positions engaging the development of multi-disciplinary systems
3 years Managerial experience
Analytical capabilities, problem solving orientation and interdisciplinary knowledge
Firm background in electro-optics, control theory or signal / image processing
Excellent collaboration capabilities + ability to work independently
