Our group:
The Project Manager group oversees the Full project flow from Dream to be used by Customers , Our tools are used for the inspection of semiconductors wafers during the fabrication process of microchips.
What you'll be doing?
Manage multidisciplinary new product development from initiation phase to release and proliferation
Lead project execution from kicks-off till release: Planning, realization, development execution, validation and control
Responsible for program success; meeting required content & performance to spec, within committed schedule and budget
Build and manage the execution of program plan including hardware modules, System, Algorithm and software, integration and qualification
Smooth transition from design to Operation and Field
Coordinate jigs/setups and alpha/beta tools (ordering, build, ship) and implement the learning from these early steps into the plan changes
What should you have?
Bsc in Engineering / Physics
More than 5 years’ experience in working on complex multidisciplinary projects in R&D
Multidisciplinary management capabilities in Matrix organization
Excellent inter-personal skills
Experience with SEM tools – advantage
Self-motivated, fast learner
High presentation skills and fluent English
