  • What you'll be doing

  • Our team is the first escalation level of Applied Material Israel, thus you’ll remotely support all technical aspects of our high-end technology tools worldwide on customer sites

  • Using your technical capabilities, analytical skills and vast knowledge on multidisciplinary advanced systems, you will support installing & maintaining customer’s purchased Applied Material equipment.

  • As technical expert and main focal point for your product, you will have worldwide point of view to identify risks and address them with direct impact on our business

  • You will perform data analysis for continuous improvements, initiate and lead changes/ improvement programs, create and implement procedures for troubleshooting, system upgrades and support plans

  • What you should have?

  • At least 3 years hands-on experience with hardware (e.g. maintenance and repair)

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and Influence without authority

  • High sense of responsibility, accountability and urgency

  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements

  • Highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative

  • Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process / field support is an advantage
